A Tightly Focused Client Profile

Over the last decade we have narrowed our client focus to serve middle market companies. Our focus is in contrast to the typical onsite company's focus on large, multinational companies that have different challenges and opportunities than middle market companies have. Our focus has led us to develop robust solutions delivered by a proprietary process specifically designed for middle market companies.

Our Client Focus

Our clients share many of these characteristics:

  • Most or all of their facilities are in the United States.
  • One to fifteen facilities that require contingent staffing.
  • Increasing, unrelenting pressure to improve performance, drive down unit costs and increase return on investment (or similar internal metrics).
  • More entrepreneurial environments with fewer layers of management. The benefit is more nimble and timely execution but leaders and their staffs are stretched thinner and wear "more hats."
  • Managers are taking on more responsibilities, some outside of their core knowledge areas.
  • They have a growing reliance on contingent staffing to reduce costs and increase return on investment.

National Capability, Very Local Focus

We take great care to understand the individual nuances of each client's unique business and the specific drivers for their business. We continue to develop and broaden the resources we provide to our clients with the goal of improving our performance and overall value, and assisting our clients to increase their performance and bottom line results.

We find that the vast majority of staffing companies do not have a dedicated, specialized contingent staffing focus and therefore do not have the capabilities and expertise to truly support a contingent staffing environment. And, those companies that do claim provide onsite services are geared to serve the large, multinational contingent staffing environments that have very different issues and requirements than middle market companies have.
