Value Creation Prior to Engaging
The Productivity Advantage™ is designed to deliver value prior to beginning a contingent staffing relationship with a new client or new facility. We gain a thorough understanding of the client, the specific facility and the unique staffing related challenges and opportunities. We offer specific, valuable suggestions as part of our initial assessment process before engaging with the potential client. This part of the process also provides the prospective client and us the opportunity to learn more about each other, how each does business and if there is a values fit. Both parties are then more able to make better decisions regarding the benefits of doing business together.
A Strong, Productive Beginning
Before we begin the contingent staffing engagement we have developed a comprehensive plan with specific metrics and with desired outcomes identified. All parties have clarity about what is expected and have a baseline from which to measure performance.
Measuring Key Performance Drivers
We are passionate about our own performance and about helping our clients to improve their performance, drive down their unit costs and increase their return on contingent staffing investment. To drive bottom line results we measure key performance drivers, including non-quantitative aspects, such as an individual's attitude and impact on the workforce. We measure performance metrics on a shift-by-shift, daily, weekly, quarterly and annual basis.
Assessment and Constant Improvement
Together with our clients we develop meaningful goals and targets each quarter. We then assess ourselves against these targets and proactively share results with clients as well as our entire onsite management team. We spot trends immediately and when the trends are negative, take immediate corrective actions. When they are positive we strive to increase our success. Our onsite management team meets quarterly with our clients, reviews results for the prior quarter, notes areas for improvement and sets goals for the next quarter. This process helps to ensure a consistent, upward trend in all performance drivers.
The Annual Meeting
In addition to the quarterly reviews, we also have an annual meeting with the client's team and our onsite supervisor, Director of OnSite Partnerships and our senior management team. In these meetings we analyze the prior year's performance, results, progress and areas that need improvement. Just as important we look to the next year with the goal of driving performance to the next level. Our clients are under increasing pressure to improve performance and their bottom line results and we seek to be part of that process in any area that impacts staffing performance. These annual reviews also provide opportunities to explore new capabilities that we have developed and which may provide additional benefits to our clients in the upcoming year.
